About Soul Weaves
We meticulously source quality raffia from Aboriginal owned businesses, hand weave each design, and offer a range of colours to add a touch of culture to any outfit.
We believe in embedding culture into every weave, and providing a sense of authenticity and connection to Indigenous traditions and practices.

Our Story
Hi! My name is Paige Woods, creator of Soul Weaves. I am a proud member of the Waramungu tribe originating from the Tennant Creek regions, tracing my family connection through my mother's side.
My weaving journey began through the profound teachings of my aunties in my local community. My pieces blend a combination of heritage and modernity. Each piece I create is beautifully handcrafted, woven with the sacred skills and narratives that have been passed down through generations of my Indigenous culture.
My beautiful Mum Melissa, has always been an inspiration to me, illuminating the boundless possibilities that life holds. Throughout my life, she has truly showed that no dream is unachievable and no obstacle is too daunting to overcome. Her love and strength of character has always been a guiding light throughout my journey. Her resilience in the face of adversity, her courage to challenge injustice, and her passion to be the best version of herself are the qualities that make her an extraordinary human being and mother. My Mum is the reason in which I am confident in embracing my Aboriginal identity and cultural heritage, and brave enough to share it with the world through my business.
With each weave, I aim to preserve and celebrate the rich artistic heritage of my people. It is my lifelong passion to ensure these traditions endure and are shared with the world.
